I saw this bumper sticker on the bumper sticker application on MySpace and thought it was great! “Don’t make someone a priority when they make you an option.” How true is that? How many of us have friends, co-workers and signficant others that we make such a big part of our lives but feel that they are just “throwing you a bone” by even talking to you here and there. You go around thinking you have it all together when really they only talk to you when its convienent for them!
Better yet how many of you wives feel like you give and give and give to your spouses and get nothing in return? Sure they may take out the garbage but do they give you the emotional support that you need? Help you carry in the groceries? Send you flowers for no reason at all?
Moral of the story, never place a person on a pedistal when they dont deserve it. If you know someone isnt treating you with the respect you deserve you are just as bad as they are if you let them get away with it. You cannot complain about the things you do not take the steps to change!

So where has originality gone? This is my question of the day. Looking around the workplace or even malls you can’t help but notice little clicks of people all dressed the same with the same haircuts. Last I knew it was good to have your own personality and own way of thinking. I guess that is now a thing of the past! Hell you even see couples in matching attire. GET REAL! And if you have the same haircut as your boyfriend maybe you need to refer to this blog http://www.dramahaters.com/2008/06/03/dike-spike/ regarding the dike spike!!!!
People have started to adapt their way of thinking, dressing and acting around whomever they are with at the time. If this person shaved their head, started dressing like a clown and jumped off a bridge would you be inclined to do it too? I understand someone getting something and you saying OMG that’s so cute…I want it…but in this instance you would think they would be referring to possessions not your entire identity.
Moral of this post is: Be Different. Live on the edge. BE YOURSELF!!!!

OK if you’re like me, when this comes on the TV you can’t help but sing along….so here it is…a new addition to the site…the Jingle of the week!
Well I was shopping for a new car
Which one’s me?
A cool convertible
Or an S-U-V
Too bad I didn’t know my credit was whacked
Now I’m driving off the lot in a used sub-compact
F-R-E-E, that spells “free”
Credit report dot com baby
Saw their ads on my TV
Thought about goin’ but was too lazy
Now instead of lookin’ fly and rollin’ phat
My legs are sticking to the vinyl and my posse’s getting laughed at
F-R-E-E, that spells “free”
Credit report dot com baby….

Riding my high horse keeps me too busy to go buy post it notes these days…But heres a picture of the ones I would buy. Ahhhh cant you see your self writing useless info on those and sticking them all over your desk. Did you know the invention of the post it note was from a failed invention of a super stong adhesive by a 3M employee?
OK so while sitting in the McDonald’s drive thru last night picking dinner up for the family I noticed a sign on the window that read, “Braile and Picture menus available.” Now if you’re like me your thinking if a person is blind how are they going to read that sign? LMFAO.
So I arrived home and told my husband about my little discovery and he said well even more why would a blind person be driving a car through the drive thru in the first place?
So then we started talking about the next part of the sign. The picture menu. These are designed for individuals that cannot read. Ok if you cannot read then how are you going to read that sign to know that they have picture menus?
So in short I find this sign to be not only amusing but pointless. Whoever thought of that needs to be fired! Do not pass go! Do not collect $200!!!
Many of us spend our lives trying to build and maintain lasting friendships. While doing this we get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday dealings so much so we take for granted those friendships we do have.
So I’d like to take this opportunity to say be good to your friends. Listen, love and laugh when they need you and even when they dont. Tell them how you feel even if its going to upset them and make sure they know how valuable their friendship is to you.
Life can change in an instant and you never know what tomorrow may hold.
