Ok I dont know who out there is following idol but OMG if you watched last night you have to be as disappointed as I was. David Cook wasnt even himself. I think as of right now he is the best singer by a mile that is left in the competition.
I know that many like David Archuleta but I personally think he’s a little one dimensional and I would not buy his record.
And Jason Castro? Was he really serious last night? It almost seems like he wanted to go home BUT he is the vote for the worst candidate right now so he will probably be safe for another week.
Syesha Mercado was better than she usually is but I really think she is more suitable for Broadway. And with the way the voting is going she is probably going to be sent packing tonight. Maybe she can catch a greyhound that way.
So I was very disappointed in last nights show…There were no “Molten Hot Lava Bombs” thrown and no standing O’s by Randy but at least Paula remembered what performance each contestant was on!
Cant wait to see the results tonight! My guess is Syesha is leavin on a jet plane but I could be wrong!

Castro will be eliminated tonight, Syesha next week. Leaving the Davids’for the finale. Last night Cook was the hardest to get in while voting, Archuleta has been my favorite since the auditions…..Just my .02 worth….
Good call, Even VoteForTheWorst.com couldnt save him after last night. I hope next week its David Archuleta though. He reminds me of George McFly when he talks and he totaly lacks a personality.
awww i love David Archuleta. But i agree that he is lacking in the personality deptartment. I think he’s a little shy, and started the show at age 16. I think the other night i heard Paula mention something about him being 17 now. I think he’s an awesome singer, specially for 16. His voice hasn’t even hit it’s fullest maturing point. so no telling what more he can offer in the years to come.
I think he will get offered a recording deal anyways. Same with David Cook. It sort of blows when it comes down to the end of the season. It doesn’t really matter if you win the contest, all you do is get a recording contract and the label “AMERCIAN IDOL WINNER” . It’s not like the last 4 remaining at the end of the season dont get offered deals too.
Both Davids are good and i believe will succeed as music artists. I see it coming down to them two. Who wins the competition, i dont know, and really dont care?! hahaa
